I haven't noticed the f word too much. When it does come up (like the Hardaway thread), the worst abuser got banned - so it didn't go without reprecussion. ....Yeah, perhaps n word is still the king of bad names, but f word is right up there.
Well I didn't mean a topic dedicated to faggot hating,
I just mean the casual use of the term faggot or gay (particularly when someone does something bad in a game etc.)... it hasn't reached that level of taboo that the "N" word has... yet.

While in "polite" circles the 'F' word-- as posters are describing in it in this thread- may still be a derogatory term, my gay friends tell me-and I've witnessed it 1st hand MANY times--have taken this word back and it means little or nothing to them...:shrug:
