Box, how bad did Niagara get screwed?

Probably the biggest surprise to me in the NCAA selections was putting Niagara in the play-in game.

This is showing no respect for the MAAC. What a joke.:shrug:

You have teams like Jackson State,Texas A&M CC, and Central Conn. in and you really think Niagara is worse than these teams.

Oh well. Also Drexel got royally screwed in my opinion.

Oakas.....I'll admit the MAAC by no means is a power conference but its better then the America east,Mid-Eastern,Northeast,,Atlantic sun,Patriot,etc..
Niagara can score and rebound.There defense has been the problem but they really have improved .
I can't wait to see the line vs Florida AM..
Drexal got screwed....I really feel bad about them.
They did everything they were told to do..play rd games..They go out on the road and beat St Joes,Toledo,Nova.Temple, and in the braketbuster game go out to nebraska in front of 18,000 fans,the biggest crowd ever to witness a game and beat Crieghton...wow...I'm listening to 'whats his name" on CBS and he says "we'll they lost to Rider and W&Mary...while he's defending Arkansas..
There are so many angles defending some and looking at the Cuse not being selected.The bigger conferences have been there before.I like the little guys to get a shot..
Well, Niagara gets to be on national TV. For some of you it might be the 1st time you see them.Fisher and Brown are studs...My MAAC will move on.. lol
Also my North Texas is meeting Memphis..two old Missouri Valley teams...I remember larry Finch and Larry Kenon vs my mean green ...
That line should be intresting. considering NT can't play any defense...

niagara players were pissed that they are in the play in game. then they tried to say it is a good thing and are usuing it for motivation.

Don't think anyone wants to say it, but Niagra got put there for political reasons only. The committee is scared to death that if they put two historically black colleges in that play in game they will be screamed at. It is BS, but it is obvious that two of these teams should be in

I agree about the SWAC and the other conference.

About Arkansas getting in. The SEC beats up on each other so bad, it skews public opinion. How in the hell did Stanford get in?
