Looking thru tonite's card, the only choice for me is Calgary. How can u put your profits from last week on a bunch of last place teams. Oil have played 5 games in 7 nites!! and LA 4 games in 7 nites!! Go with a team that has a purpose and are angry from that officiating debacle couple nights ago. Flames have always beaten Blues and don't see why they can't do it again. Their goaltending will let them down. I'm playing CALGARY -1 1/2 (+110) and a smaller play on CALGARY (-160 0.5) REG. Go get'em boys...RRRRRR!! :box2:

If i owned an NHL team i would follow the Blues recipe for success. All you do is throw out your 2 top scorers and leave the scoring to nobodys called cjarnek and stempniak to ruin your life. Have an also ran for your leader (doug weight) who was never good with any other team and don't mention Edm Oil cuz they threw his ass out. Have goalies called sanford and bacshacushubvsbuk that no one's ever heard of. Am i upset with losing to these guys....sure i am. Why shouldn't i be, they beat NYI 3-2 in long island and beat up the Dallas Stars 5-3. But they lose to MTL and the pathetic Rangers. These guys have cost me what seems like 1million dollars lately. I won't wager on or against the Blues for the remainder of the year and i'm not ashamed to say i hope their bus hits a moose on the way to the airport and there are NO SURVIVORS!!:fingerc: BTW Willy, i respect you a great deal and sincerely congradulate you on your gold, but what statistic can you dig up on Coyotes that make them a play? Feelings aren't stats.

i just wanted you to be careful after saying that (in bold) and wanted you to see that blues actually play them flames pretty even. I also said that i would have played flames too if i had to pick.
Sorry i posted them now, i understand your venting after the game but i wont offer up stats again, im not super big on them either, just trying to help. Good Luck!

Nice call on Pheonix Willie. I noticed Catsan wondered what stat made you choose Pheonix as a play. I knew your golden yesterday would be Pheonix before I even opened your thread. My guess is you chose them mainly because they were very due, having lost their previous 5 straight. Any truth to my guess? Good Luck tonight!!

that is part of it, on my selection of phoenix but then i have other variables i look at before i pick gold/silver/lean. Sometimes a team can be due and i wont play until the right time, but thats definitely part of my grand scheme of things!
