I really like one game in particular and I am going to lay some good coin on this.

Depending on how things go w/ line movement, I am playing the Buccos for a nickel or a dime.

Curious to know what your game for tomorrow is. I think Cards are best play on the board. Wainright is a solid pitcher. Maholm should give up 5 tomorrow.

Seriously though. WHy? Maholm is a shell of his 2005 self....Wainwright is doing exactly what he has been groomed for and what he was drafted to do in Atlanta.

Drew, the Pirates aren't as bad as everyone thinks. They made some horrible mistakes last night that won't happen today. They should have won last night looking for the series win today. The Cards aren't what everyone thinks they are. Maholm is fine. He had a good spring and he his first start wasn't all that bad. This might be a heart bet b/c I'm from here but I feel the Pirates are going to be just fine this year. The division is weak this year. This is their most hated team in the Central and they do not want to get swept. Wainwright definitely does not fear me in the least. The Bucs ripped him apart in his few bullpen appearences last year.

I'm not saying the Pirates are going to be bad. They are very much improved, but I also don't think the cards aren't-aren't as good as you say they are.

Perhaps we will just have to disagree on this pick as I wish you luck throughout the season. You are good stuff, and while that worries me, I have the Cards getting this at least 5-2 today.
