Umpire alerts for Saturday's games includes Hirschbeck going in Pittsburgh, and Eddings going in Colorado. These two are the best under-umps in the game?huge strike zones and generally very pitcher-friendly.
I went 3-1 on totals, yesterday, really picking things up there.
Unfortunately, my sides have really tanked. 5 of 6 losing days heading into the weekend.
System sides aren't helping, lately; had the worst day of the year, so far in 2007, yesterday, as system sides went a disgusting 5-10 (not to mention missing a 70 (Mets), a 65 (Astros), and a 64 (Giants).
Crap, I could use a taste of a winning day.
Starts to feel too much like work, otherwise.
Be back to post picks in a bit.
