This game is a bit pricey, but the lefty vs. lefty matchup
heavily favors the home team tonight. Barry Zito looks
sharper every time he takes the mound (3.73 overall
ERA, 1.88 last two starts) and he gets to fatten up on
a Colorado team that is only 1-6 (-$565) vs. lefties so
far in 2007. The Giants, meanwhile, have fared well
against southpaws (5-3, +$235 with 5.3 runs per
game in those contests) and Jeff Francis hasn't had
any success so far (6.52 ERA in five starts). It looks
like an overwhelming pitching disparity, and SF is a
far better team to begin with. We'll lay the price on
the favorite in this one.

Ray,

I agree with the Giants but since the game is pricey, how do you feel about SF -1.5 (+140)? Just a thought...:shrug:
