My tv will be tuned to the last part of the PBS series on the Mormons. if this stuff is true, I don't see how this guy (Romney) is going to shake his religious ties like JFK did prior to the 60's election.

As a recovering Catholic I can relate to the Church of the LDS. Pretty wacko.

It's kinda weird... they don't drink, but a few will still go out (and make for great designated drivers). Here, they mingle pretty well; I hear in the undergrad it's a much more rigid divide. But as a whole, they really, really stick together. Frightens me from the perspective that they seem to put faith above all else (like... reality?), and as law school graduates, they could be in significant leadership positions some day.

The top most represented undergraduate programs in my class are: 1. Arizona State; 2. Arizona; 3. BYU; 4. Wisconsin/Northern Arizona/UTEP

Pops, I'm not going to send the financial portfolio. Partly because it's embarrassing and also because a parent's love SHOULD be unconditional. You should know that I'm anything but a deadbeat. ...Now sure, that could change once I move in - especially if Pinnacle comes back and I start rolling my portfolio into. But these are a lot of 'ifs' and we can deal with those scenarios down the road.
