My wife missed Bachelor tonight; does anyone know where you can download tonights episode; also does anyone know where to download Heroes

Can't help you with Heroes. For The Bachelor, to go www.abc.com, and follow the "watch ABC shows online now" link. Not sure if it'll be on tonight, but I know with Lost, it's online the next day. That should make your "wife" happy.
