I have no thoughts on that Colts game. Real hard to judge how motivated or unmotivated a team will be after winning it all. I just am pretty sure this game in Greenbay will be an emotional and intense game and if you look at Andy and Donovans opening day record you will see that the trend here is pointing to an Eagles loss. Ill take the 3.5 for good measure. Also looking to play against the patriots in the opener. Just a hunch
Greenbay plus 3.5 at home hosting the Eagles. Take Greenbay and the 3.5. They wont need the points but take em any way. Eagles arent good in openers and Mcnabb will be very rusty. GREENBAY + 3.5
Just an fyi, I looked back on this matchup and went back 10 years which probably are all games Favre and McNabb played in although I'm not sure of that fact. It looks like they have played each other 7 times during that span. Check out these records:
Philly is 7-0 ats 5-2 su
The o/u in these tilts stands at 2-5
i remember when Warren Moon was the QB at Houston and his replacement was signed, who BTW was the #2 QB. Moon had taken the oilers to the playoffs almost every year. The year he was gone, the oilers took a nose dive and never came back. I hope the Eagles get rid of McNabb so they can take their nose dive.
Just like i said. For some reason(well i know the reason but its a little to early to tell people) Fauve stinks up the joint when he is playing Mcnab. The Mcnab the NFL was always promoting. Now if this was before Brett superbowl wins he would destroy Mcnab every time he played him. But this is the life of the NFL. In those 7 games Mcnab stunk in every one but Fauve always threw that key interception to turn the game around.
Absolutely, the NFL is scripted. I thought everyone knew that Farve didn't throw INTs against the Eagles b/c he he tries to force passes, or because the Eagles had a nice pass rush and good secondary.
He actually threw INTs b/c he and the commish were scheming to promote McNabb. Really, this is definitely the case.
:mj10: :s7:
Its so far over your head so why even bother commenting?
Good point. I'm tired of ponting out the obvious. I recall you posted last year that Peyton Manning was one of the players on the take. :com: Oops, you may want to rethink that one. Colts won't win the Super Bowl this season, so I guess you will be able to pin it on Peyton going back to his old point-shaving ways:shrug:
I honestly can't wait to see how well you cap this season. For once, you will post plays, rather than spew jibberish a/b conspiracies involving the commish. Given that you are privy to the NFL's scripts, you should rarely lose a play. I guess we'll see, won't we?!
