I realize that I picked the Bulls to win this game by 15....
But I thought Skiles learned something in the last 2 games... obviously, he hasn't...
One of the primary reason they have won the last 2 is that he kept the train wreck known as Nocioni off the floor... who shoots very poorly, likes to shoot 3's even though he shoots from there just like Ben Wallace would, and turns the ball over non-stop.
Nocioni averaged 19 minutes per game in the 1st 3 games - all losses.
He averaged 9 minutes a game in the last 2 games - all wins.
This isn't a coincidence - his play is detrimental to Chicago's cause.
He had 7 minutes in the 1st half. Me thinks if he plays 7 minutes or more in the 2nd half, Chicago is done. If they can find a way to limit his 2nd half minutes to 2 or less, they will win handily.
Anything between that, it's a toss up.
He is a cancer - all he cares about is himself - "I wanna shoot 3's, even if I can't make them".
He even made a comment in the paper "even though my foot hurts, maybe I can make a 3 in the last minute to win it for us". Why would he make a 3 now, when he hasn't made one all year?
Hopefully Skiles is smart enough to keep him seated. THIS will be the key to the 2nd half, in my opinion. I've watched every minute of this series, and see the harm this guy does.
Oh yea - Hinrich needs to shoot better too :SIB
