Agent, you are wrong. I would not do it. You see, I have to live with the actions I choose to make, and I won't make that one. I can't live with that hanging over me.

Now, if I was walking down the hallway somewhere and found money, it would be quite easy to see if some frantic person was crying, "My god! I just dropped $1,000 around here!" They would get it back. Why? Because I know it was theirs. Just like I know the money in the slot machine is the casino's. If no one is around, I'm certainly not going to leave it on the ground, but I'm going to see if someone's "lost it". If I can't find them, I'm going to keep the score, sure. The only reason I would not turn it in, is because you hear about how the casino keeps any found money, or a township will hold it until someone claims it, etc........I think that is BS, too!

You guys who are all saying it's okay to steal from a casino are really flooring me! You are that bitter over being losers to them that you would stoop THIS low? They don't make you play their games!

What about when a slot tech happens to not close a game tightly? Are you going to reach inside and take the bills out? It is, after all, an employee oversight. Might as well take advantage of it!

In a sense......what make you guys any better than the people you see looting a store? They notice it's broken into, so they hop in too. They get what they want, and move along on THEIR way! If I posted a looting video, I can be pretty sure most of the guys in this thread would be saying, "They should shoot those fukkers!"

I have to live with myself and decisions just like you! I would handle the found money scenario same as you. I have had casinos take shots at me before, the greedy fukcs. I would get them for every nickel I could.

On the course!
You sure are passing some strong judgements against some of us and rather bad assumptions about our character based on some ridiculous analogies. Kinda makes me wonder what skeletons you are trying to make ammends for with your holier than thou attitude.

I'm not passing judgement. You, and others, have admitted to the fact that you would steal money. Forgive me for not wanting you to house-sit for me!

Oh, and the "holier than thou" attitude here? Yeah, I guess if you want to call it that, go ahead. I like to think I'm a little above common thieves.

We've explained how we feel casinos are not the same as banks or stores or individuals on the street - that gambling is a bit of a different creature. Rather than acknowledge that we simply have a differing view of this scenario, you resort to name calling (criminals, theives, looters), passing judgement, and even making assumptions about our gambling history.

I'm happy for you and your "convictions". Really, I am. I mean afterall - you are the one who waited a whole 30 minutes before before making a joke about the Va. Tech killings. You are a role model when it comes to classy behaviour none should look further than you when seeking moral and ethical guidelines.

Yeah.....and for the second time, I don't need you to rationalize your thinking to me. I understand that you don't get it.

What's laughable is how you continue to put it off!

"Name calling"! That's rich!

"Sir, I'm arresting you for stealing this car."

"You're calling me a thief?!!!! I merely took advantage of the situation at hand, sir! I resent your name calling, and won't stand for it!"

And once again, I apologize for killing everyone at Va Tech.

I wonder in this "non-judgmental" world of ours, who would get hired first, all other things being equal?:

The guy who cracked wise about the Virginia Tech shootings, or the guy who admits he'd steal every penny he could from a casino?

Hey, I hear where you're coming from, and that's that. This is an instance where we walk away in disagreement.

The smart boss would hire the person who is willing and able to take advantage of favorable odds when they are presented to them, without offending the friends and family of murder victims in the process.;)

i didn't read this whole thread but if i was playing a slot or poker machine and was being credited $10 for every $1 i put in it, i would notify the casino authorities immediately.

From what i read of this thread it looks like its a good thing Smurph and Agent got to this machine before you did.:mj07:
