Thought this was going to be another Agent golf thread:142smilie
Finished second in a tournament this weekend that was called a 2 Man Twist. Both players tee off, you then have to hit swap and play your partners tee shot and then pick the best shot and scramble to the hole. My partner is 66 years old and a 25 handicap, hits his "best" drive like 210 yards, plays a 7 iron from 110:scared, and I am playing his drives and he gets mine. We are in the last flight, hit 16 greens in regulation but only make 2 birdies and shoot 71. Of course the last group in shoots a 68 in our flight, two 15 hdcps shooting 4 under in that format:mj07: :nono: . I would normally play these two guys scrambling just against my own ball but I guess we got out-putted.
Interesting format though, especially playing with a high handicap that hits the ball in places you haven't seen:mj07:
