On the course!
I see this soap opera has another chapter. Maybe those clowns could post over here?

Does anyone even give a shit about these guys anymore? What an ego-fest! Now, I'm supposed think Diamond Dave can step right back in after a month of practice, and it will be "game on" next month? Couple this with the fact that you have a 16 year old playing bass now, and that should get every 45 year old in the crowd motivated!

Oh, I have no doubt that the kid can play. Having a dad like Eddie stand over you ready to cane you if you miss a progression while doing scales at the age of three will get you moving those fingers! And we all know you can't be a fukc-up and be in Eddie's band. Which brings me back to Roth.

How long will this tour go on before he says "the wrong thing" in EVH's eyes? Personally, I think it happens before the gig starts. Hell, they have been jerking fans off for 20+ years.......why stop now?

And how much is this slice of Americana going to run, I wonder? VH, or Very High, I would guess. Edward probably has his people searching out the summer tours, and wants his tickets topping out at $20 a seat higher than the most expensive.

I doubt he will even offer an AARP discount to his longest, most ardent fans.

Good luck to any of you whom would choose to see such an event. Me?

I'll Wait

Grouchy Smurf : Grouchy Smurf is indeed grouchy! His favorite expression is "I hate (fill in the blank)!" whenever someone mentions pretty much anything. Grouchy usually has a scowl on his face.
