Tulsa -3 over Ul Monroe ***
very tough game to capp.UL at home,has a load of players back.Solid qb in Lancaster,Rb in Dawson..lyr almost beat Kansas and Kentucky...UL will be a tough sun belt team.. but Tulsa should be a top tier conf USA team..Graham returns after 1 yr at Rice as coach.These kids are all his.New offense with the best Qb in conf in Smith.He had 2,700 passing yds[6,000 career] Tulsa top rb Tennial had a acl injury 2 weks ago and is out for the season.Adams is a solid backup.
Despite UL returning entire offense it's defense will be there problem.They have 6 starters back and do think they can stop Tulsa's spread offense with Smith esp. with 4 new Db's.Tulsa defense is bigger and quicker.UL should score but not enough to keep with Smith and co.Tulsa wins by 7-10 pts. Line was -5 until Tennail went down. Like the -3 because golden canes have will pass a lot more.
Oklahoma -40 over North Texas ****
Akron -5 over Army ***
Ga Tech +2 over ND **
Vir Tech -27 over ECU **
