Do you guys think he's through at Michigan? At least he "manned" up yesterday and took blame for the loss and took the heat off his players. I think if he loses to Ohio State again this year (he would be 1-6 the last 7) his fate is sealed. His tenure comes down to 1 game this November.Beat the Bucks and he stays, lose and he is out of football. Div1A teams get 96 scholarships a year while Div 1AA teams get 63 so there really is no excuse to ever lose to a 1AA team. I don't know if the loss to Appy St is the biggest upset of all time or not but it's the biggets upset I've seen since I have been alive.

Put a fork in him, he's done after the season. This clown has been bungling games since he got to Michigan. Terrible game coach and no creativity whatsoever.

I would be interested to know the dollar figure
and the man hours involved in the last 12 hours
of cleaning up the puke in the state of Michigan.

Hell yes he is toast. :toast:

Being an Ohio State fan,I hope he stays. He really poses no threat to OSU. Kinda like I'm sure Michigan fans were upset when the Buckeyes fired John Cooper. He posed no threat to the Wolverines.

And the heat stays on Lloyd this week. Michigan favored by 6 over Oregon. Can the Michigan D stop the Ducks?

I am sure most of you saw Holtz and May go back and forth with this yesterday, with May basically siding with all of us that Carr should be escorted out today and the seat is very hot. Holtz being a former coach has to stick up for his own saying yea but, he is winning 76% of his games, well no shit Mickey Mouse could win 76% of his games at Michigan. He is a terrible coach, and many years they had some of the most talented teams in football only to lay an egg. Maybe it is me, but he always find ways over the years to keep teams in games.

I agree with pretty much everything that is being said here, and Carr needs to go. But with that being said, I look at Michigan -6 at home this week and think the line is too much of an overreaction. Am I crazy to think they will paste the Ducks?

What I have heard is that Carr has a clause in his contract that gives him a large bonus if he gives up the head coach position at the end of 2009. It also guarantees him a job in the athletic department. If this is true (and I've heard it in several places), how he does this year is irrelevant.

My belief as a loyal fan is, change. I have always liked him. But he hasn't had them ready for the past 2 games. USC donkey****ed them and then this. I also enjoy Pitt. I grad from there. But my college fb season is over b/c Blue has no chance of winning the National Title!! This sucks!
