Week 2 Card

I went 3-2 this weekend but I didn?t get a chance to post due to all the craziness with Labor Day weekend and OSU game on Saturday. I got a few I?m looking at for this week but here is a early play.

ND @
PSU ? 17.5
PSU ? 17.5

-This one should be as easiest as last week?s GT vs ND. They just announced J. Claussen as the starter and considering this is a true frosh and his first game will be in front 100K at Beaver Stadium against a defense that can create turnovers. Plus I?ve been high on PSU this year and I do like them to win the Big Ten Title this year considering two of three tough games will be at home. ND is not a top 25 team IMO against a team that will be top 10 by season end and I do believe last year 41-17 loss in South Bend left a bad taste in the Lion?s mouth. I usually try to quote a few stats and trends but I really didn?t see anything to relevant to this game.

Here a few games that I?m looking at for this weekend.

Oklahoma -10.5
W. Virginia -24
California -14
Oregon +8 (might pass but I?m going to watch the public and ponder a fade)
UCLA -7
LSU -12.5 O/U Under
Florida -27

Any thoughts? As I do a little more homework I?ll have my list narrowed down by the weekend with a little something on each.

-Love the Sooners defense against inept Miami offense...Okie should win by double the spread in this one...

- Poor rush defense against probably the best running team in the country. Plus I tend to think that W. Vir. runs up the score a little.

Hit rutgers last night thanks to AR...close one W. Vir...hope I can keep it going...

And lets go OSU...no way we are a top 15 team with they way they've looked the last two games....terrible!

Had a good day yesterday...I should have went with public fade and pulled the trigger on Oregon...

I'm a Big Ten guy and the conference is awful this year...I really don't think there is a top ten team in the conference...As an OSU fan I'm really really worried about Wash next week...

Clear cut top three teams right now IMO:

No doubt about top 3 but can't forget about Urban and the Gators. Somebody has to beat the champs.

I agree I'd put them at three or four but this early season it's too hard to tell between FL and Okie...But I just have no respect for WV...No defense and personally I don't see Pat White winning a big game throwing the ball...Well get a pretty good look at FL and USC this weekend...
