I just can't see UGA not winning this game, so buying the half point to get this game down to 3 seems like a value play at home. Am I missing something here?

Good luck, but my only play today is on the Gamecocks. Something stinks. The Sagarin ratings show the line at UGA -16. The majority of the bets (73%) are going towards UGA and the line sits at -3.5.
I hear ya that "something stinks." I would have thought this should be 6.5 or more. Definitely makes me nervous, so I will probably only make a small play. GL even though you are on the other side.
#11 ranked team at home against an unranked team they shutout last year is favored by 3.5 points. I'm sure that number reflects the number bookmakers figured would attract money to both sides. There are no sure things, but I doubt the book is looking to take a bath here.
