Too many points in this divisional contest. Philly will win straight up, but won't cover. The Eagles will be playing without Lito Sheppard tonight. Also, the favorite has covered every primetime game so far:

Colts vs. Saints = Colts
Cowboys vs. Giants = Cowboys
Bengals vs. Ravens = Bengals
Niners vs. Cardinals = Push
Pats vs. Chargers = Pats

Considering that most teams that cover the point spread in the NFL win the game you might need a Washington victory to win your bet, especially considering the fact that in the Eagles last 16 regular season games, the team that has covered the point spread has won the game 15 times. Basically, picking the point spread winner for most of these games is picking who will win the game.

The Trend holds up. 16-1 last 17 games for Philadelphia that the team that covers the point spread is also the straight up winner.

wise, i looked @ the skins late sunday night. i only bet one game on sun. i saw two teams that were basically even, but one was catching 7. mcnabb has hurt me in the past, and i was a bit hesitant. i also reviewed the dogs from sun, but your post pushed me a little further. i was dead set on the skins from the start, but your post helped my confidence.
