There is no way I would play Tulsa, I want to go under, but every time I try and middle I lose, I may just pass and keep my over 65.5 for the game

if you have +23 sit tight, they will go for it on 4th and 1's and no more fg's. Tulsa can score, they have to control the ball. no more kicks on 4th down. I'm not going to chace, I'll sit on it.
