Does anybody know what a 4 team 10pt teaser pays? My book doesn't have them, but I was betting them on my last vacation in Tahoe. Thanks in advance

these old eyes can't find ya a house that has 4 team 10 point teaser without some stupid conditions like ties lose and or certain games not offered or totals not allowed or even sillier 2 totals only..gezzzzzz..what a joke..
