5* Bears +4 -105 (bodog) (goy)

5* Bears +170 (bodog)

First, I think the Bears are starting the right QB. Griese generally doesn't make mistakes and I think that the second game he plays in will show that. Green Bay is doing this with mirrors. They can't run the ball, and the Bears are getting healthier on the defensive side.

This is looking like a 70% public play on the Packers. Brett Favre is about as public as it gets, so you have to wonder why this line was only 3' with a 4-0 home team going against a 1-3 team who was humiliated on national tv a few weeks ago.

I think the Bears have to make a statement tonight for various reasons. The Pack lose tonight.

Best of luck!

Heres my take for what its worth. The Packers are a huge public play but the line hasnt budged from -3. That in itself tells me bet Bears. It doesnt always work like that but Id play Da Bears

1st thing is you should never never make your GOY on a road team :nono:

2nd...Seven times Favre has led Green Bay against Chicago after dark, five on Monday and two on Sunday. Each time, the game essentially was over by halftime, leaving announcers filling air and viewers clicking to other programming.

The Packers' average first-quarter lead was 7.7 points, their average halftime lead 14.3 and their average margin of victory was 16.1. In fourth-quarter garbage time, the Bears broke even, 53-53.

Obviously, with a trend like that, the smart play would be to take Green Bay and give the 3 points when the two teams meet Sunday night at Lambeau Field

Do I sense a little home team bias here Hammer?

Because I will side with the books and this is getting to be as big of a public play as they get.
(on national television)

Because one team will play with a sense of urgency.

Because the Packers are not this good.

Because a properly motivated Bears defense will feast on a one-dimensional team.

Because I trust Brian Griese not to throw a big pick like my dog would.

Because Devin Hester will score a touchdown in this game.

Because Brett Favre will get sacked five + times in this game.

and....

Because you don't want to mess with a Bear when they are this hungry.

Good luck.

what the hell do i know anyway ?????????//

what the hell do i know anyway ?????????//

I hope not.......don't like to really bet on Packer games cuz i am a homer and much less tell other other people to bet on them.
I'm not a stat or trend guy in general but watch a lot of games and just sometimes """know""" a winner when i see one. I also have a cocky attitude which doesn't sit well around here and when i like a game i usually voice my opinion and consider those who disagree as needing to seek other endeavors in life.
This approaches one of those games. As ev has noticed Pack has no running game but they have found a substitute that works real well ..the slant.
Aaaaaaaaaaand they are full of confidence a characteristic i whole heartedly share. Bears are walking around with their diapers full
Now u know how i really feel !!!!!!!!!!!

i am betting the bears because i like dogs and this one is catching 3-1/2.

i do not like the fact that the bears cannot run the ball - the main gb weakness. i also am skeered of greezy' int's.

having said that, the pack cannot run either. i watched them outplay minny all day long last week, yet minny had the ball late in the game with a chance to score and tie.

when betting the dog, all i really look for is can they win ? i think they can.

Lousy start for Da Bears, but they are still in it and get the ball first.

3* Bears +1.5 2h (sia)

2* Bears +125 (bodog)
