I have used them for about 10 years, and only had 1 complaint. Called them up because I made a withdrawl and usually it is in my bank account within three days. It was about 10 days so I just asked what was going on ( it was just when they passed the NO GAMBLE ON INTERNET LAW ). They said they was sorry and gave my a free no strings attached $50 bet on the football game of my choice, and the money was in my account the next day. I have used other books, but always come back to them. I would highly recomend them, but I do think that a couple of people on here had some bad reviews of the site, but like I said, its been awesome dealing with them from my point.
