Anyone here like the Browns in this spot at -4 (-105)? I know I do. The Browns are actually playing good ball. In week one they got destroyed by Pittsburgh but since then they have beaten Cincinatti and Baltimore. They had a victory taken away from them in Oakland and in my opinion played a solid game against New England which would have been much closer if it wasnt for the turnovers. I think the Browns come out and get a solid victory at home today.

My pick: Browns -4

Any thoughts are appreciated

Good luck to all!

I disagree on the Oakland comment. The Browns were on the verge of being put away in the first half and Oakland let them back in the game. I agree with the NE comment but I'm afraid NE wasn't too interested in the game and played on cruise control. As for today's game, I like the over better than a side. I'm not sure the Browns defense is solid enough to be laying more than a FG to anyone. It a beautiful day in Cleveland, Lewis is out so Anderson should throw a lot, Browns defense shaky, Cribbs is a special teams monster--I think this adds up to a high-scoring game.

You're right - Oakland did let them back in the game. My comment about having the victory taken away from them was the field goal kick that was taken off the board due to the last second timeout. It does look like its going to be a high scoring game but I am awful at picking totals. I think the Browns get a double digit victory here.

I took Miami.

I got +6 though

Wow - nice line. I really need to find a "local" so I can have more options. Good luck 3 Seconds.

Every team but the Jets this year after losing to the Pats ; have come out with a win next game. That means Cleve in this spot and Cincci as well off the bye week. Without Green starting, I think this Lemon kid gets stomped IMO.. Liking this Cleve play with the small chalk.

Nice win, Ank, good job. I had the over penciled in, also, but didn't play it as I had 7 other plays and thought that was enough. Miami is an over machine this season.
Seems like a lot of MJers had a good week ! Fine for me @ 5-1-1 so far with N Orleans(the 0-4 team in game 5 trend play) going tonite.

Thanks. Great week Hitman! I'm not sure if things have been "easy" these last few weeks but I am planning to request a payout from my book. I know that betting can be cyclical sometimes so I know rough times are ahead so I might as well cash out now and enjoy the profits. College football has been great for me for the last month. I hope your streak in the NFL continues!!!

You can't go broke going to the bank, Ank, so cashing in is fine.
After a disastrous first two weeks, a break even the next two and a fine weeks 5-6, things are finally starting to look up here.
Got the Giants at - 3.5 tonite and also can really use them in a contest, along with less than 460 total passing yards combined.
Colleges have been OK, up about 5 units, maybe 6.
GL on your U, it's fine with me.

Thanks Hitman. If the Giants cover the 4 - I'll still have some play for the weekend. If not - its to the bank for me. :)

Let's cash the ticket - Go Giants!!
