Any fans of this show?

Picked up a head cold so I took a half day from work. Got home and turned on Showtime on Demand and have watched the first 7 episodes.

I think it's one helluva show.

Watch them both. Duchovny's character on Californication is, I'm sure, a hero to most guys. Can't wait til his life crashes and he tries to pick up the pieces (its coming). Yes, Venice, CA is just like that.

While Mary Louise Parker on Weeds is remaking the stereotype survivor tale in a whole new way (very funny). Yes, LAs suburbs are just like that. Best thing about these shows is they run only 30 minutes each weekly episode.

weeds seems to be slowing down a bit though in my opinion.

I know I'm a little late to the party on these two shows, but I just finished the 10th episode of Californication. Great writing and Duchovny is great in his role.

The "16" year old daughter is pretty hot as well! :00hour

Weeds and Californication are my 2 faves at the moment. Always liked Weeds from the start and have been hooked on Californication since the first episode. Duchovneys character kicks ass. The squirter into his buddies face was hilarious last night :scared :scared :scared
