1-2 -$360

laying the chalk again with the wild -145 (2)
and with Flyers -173 (2)

maybe I can make a come back going to double up on these two.

Hey guys only been handi capping on hockey for two years and I have only done average. Do you have any trends and angles or systems that anyone would be willing to share with me?

yeah

take it slow, hockey in away is ;like baseball long and games everyday especially when your only playing ml's instead of point spreads. it can be frustrating at times.

but take it slow until you develop your own system.no need to get buried early on,gl and welcome aboard

my advice is don't force a play daily if you don't love it. hockey lines are inflated im my opinion towards the home teams. you have to find good spots for teams that aren't so blatantly screaming for you to pound it.

Do any of you have any type data: if a team like Otw and Det (upper 5 team lose) what are the percentages that they win the next game regardless of the opponent and spread? Also with that in mind could it be true for the opposite ATL PHO of a (lower 5) team I would assume around 90 percent due to the fact that they will only lose around 20 percent of all the games the whole year. Is this true or am I reaching?

I dont know if its reaching harly, it would be interesting to see the numbers. I am unaware of any sites that can provide it. Maybe someone on the board knows a couple out there. But teams get in ruts, and even the strong can lose two or three in a row.

Personally, if a top 5 team lost a game at home and then had another at home, I would consider them a good play if they played a middle of the road team. A good team and they could lose, and a really bad opponent and the line will be -300+

harly

alot of times i like to look for weak lines. your not getting good value here but alot of times its a solid play

yesterday detoit i felt was a weak line and was right, but i played detroit because i use alot of siuations and they came up. sometimes a favorite is high for a reason

what you want to look at is take a dog where the favorite you feel should be priced higher, thats one way to go

also keep track on back to back games.teams playing 3 games in 4 nites etc
