I had a nice day in NCAA by not posting yesterday. Won a little over 30* which helped an otherwise rough week. I'm hoping to carry the momentum forward to Sunday! Hopefully posting my plays won't jinx my rhythm. Anyway, Sunday's winners!

KC -2 for 15* & 1st half -.5 for 7* - Chiefs are coming off a bye week while Packers are traveling after a Monday Night game. Nice scenario and Chiefs have been a solid bet at home in recent years going 13-5-1 ATS their last 19 as host. I wasn't overly impressed with Packers on Monday night and Green Bay has been getting exposed by good TE's which Tony Gonzalez would qualify. Favre has never beaten KC.

Washington -3 (-120) for 5.5* - I tried to find a good reason to back the Jets, but they are a poor defensive team giving up 26 PPG and 374 yards per game while being mistake prone on offense with -5 TO margin. Redskins should prevail and I'm hoping by more than 3 points. Vilma's absence should allow Portis to have a monster day as well.

Arizona +4 (-120) for 6.5* - Cardinals appear fairly healthy for one of the first times this season. Cardinals also 4-0-1 ATS in dog role for 2007! Bucs coming off a tough loss and this game should be decided by a FG either way IMO.

Carolina +5 for 6* - After watching Vince Young look horrid vs. the Raiders last week, tough to like Titans laying more than a FG IMO. Panthers have great value as dog going 10-0-1 ATS their last 11! I know Carolina's QB situation is a little scary, but hard to ignore the trends backing the Panters.

Buffalo ML +105 for 5* - If it isn't broke, then don't fix it! Bills have covered 8 of last 9 at Orchard Park and Bengals defense should allow Bills to score early and often. Bengals are healthy offensively and Losman is the QB for Buffalo or play would be bigger.

San Francisco +4 (-120) for 5* - Tough backing the worst offense in football, but Falcons aren't an offensive juggernaut either. Harrington should feel less pressure with Leftwich out, but is this a good thing? Another game that appears tight on paper.

Jacksonville +3.5 for 6* - Tough going against New Orleans in this spot as Gray hasn't looked good for Jaguars. However, Bush is banged up and Jaguars still solid defensively. Aints defense has only recorded 11 sacks and 3 INT's in 7 games.

Denver +3 for 5* - Broncos should have won last Monday's game if they wouldn't have run the 2:00 offense like a Chineses fire drill. However, they're playing a Detroit team that has given up 35 sacks and I have a feeling Denver blitzes Kitna and forces some sacks and mistakes.

San Diego -6.5 (-120) for 5* - I tried to find good reasons to take the Viqueens as being a Chiefs fan, I like to root against Minnesota. However, the Chargers are rolling right now and the defensive game plan should be simple, stop Peterson and Minnesota's running game and force Minny's 30th ranked passing offense to beat you. Minnesota has a weak secondary that should be exploited as well. Chargers, they don't have many weaknesses.

Cleveland -1 for 6* - Browns are 4-3 and playing great ball especially at home. Cleveland's losses have been to Pitt, NE, and a tough loss vs. Oakland. Seattle hasn't looked good much of the year and Browns should run their record to 5-3 today.

Indy +7.5 (-150) for 8* - I might add more to this play if I'm doing good early. Probably not the brightest idea buying 2 points, but getting over a TD with Indy @ home has excellent value IMO.

Houston +3 for 5* - Tough to get excited about Texans after their dreadful performances recently. However, Raiders offense is joke right now and Rosenfels the more accomplished QB in this matchup.

Dallas -3 for 8* - I know the Eagles say they'll win this game for Andy Reid after the news about his sons being drug dealers and going to jail. However, Cowgirls are still the class of the NFC and their only loss was against the Patriots. I think Dallas finds a way to get a victory tonight. Sunday night dogs have been a great wager this season, but the Cowgirls are averaging 32 PPG which is #2 in the NFL and Romo should outduel McNabb is he brings his "A" game.

A late SWITCH!

Canceling my wager on San Fran with Gore not playing.

Atlanta -3 (-120) for 5.5* - Falcons coming off bye week and 49'ers are the worst offense in football with Gore... I think they'll be much worse without him and counting on Robinson (former Penn St QB) to be your RB sounds like a recipe for disaster. Hopefully Harrington can relax and have a great game.

My game of the day play on KC is on life support. KC's offense looks terrible and Bowe getting hurt and Kennison being out gives them zero production from WR position. I need KC to score a TD defensively and my 1st half wager is already in big trouble.

Upgrading Play:

Colts +7.5 (-150) for 12* & 1st half +3 (+105) for 6* - I love the value with this play and expect this game to be won by a FG and not sure who will win right now. Tremendous value with the Colts as NE shouldn't be laying more than 3 points IMO.
