Dude you took it the wrong way. I just wanted to know if the Cotton Bowl was the tie in bowl game for the Big 12? Thats all.
Now i understand if Kansas or Okla or Missouri would win the BIG 12 and go play in the BCS Championship game then the Cotton Bowl would get a different team.
I was not saying that if Kansas won the Big 12 they would be in the Cotton.

You might want to chill out. Kansas will be able to prove it on the field. If Kansas beats mizzou and Okie, then they will have a nice shot at leap-frogging Oreg for a spot in the BCS title game imo.
Of course the Big-12 champ goes to a BCS game....provided another league team does not get a bcs invite, then the #2 team would go to the Cotton.....if 2 are in the bcs, then its the #3.

I want to know why Kansas is not number 1 right now. If the moron voters were able to put Ohio State at #1, South Florida at #2, BC at #2, why isn't Kansas at #1?

There nonconference schedule was weak that would be my reason plus they only have played one Top 25 team in Kansas St

Again, Kansas will get their shot. Missou in 2 weeks, Okie the following week. Win those, and they are in the clear imo.
Does anyone other than Dr Fade think that Kansas will beat OU in the Big 12 championship.

my guess is opposition ku has played as opposed to opposition lsu and uo have played...ku's opp. combined record is 42-61 w/2 of 10 of there opponets w/winning records...lsu's opp. combined record is 55-38 w/7 of 9 opp. w/winning records...uo's opp. combined record is 53-38 w/6 of 9 opp. w/winning records...lsu has played 6 top 25 teams & is 5-1....uo has played 3 top 25 teams & is 2-1....ku is 1-0 against top 25 teams...lsu is 2-1 against current top 25 teams...uo is 3-0 against current top 25 teams....ku has no opponets played currently ranked....this is not meant to start a argument or stir up crap in here.. it is just my opinion to ur question of why ku is not #1 right now....like others have said if they beat mizzu and okie in big 12 title they undoubtedly will play for the championship and deserve to....short of that i dont think they will....they will have their chance....lot of football left yet....le
OU is the most overrated team in the nation imo. Their SOS is barely better than Kansas. Kansas +7 in the title game would be a nice play. Unfortunately, I think Mizzou will upend Kansas the week prior.
Missou would do a lot better vs Oklahoma than they did the first time around.....they had that game last month, but kind of imploded in the fourth quarter.....chalk it up to big game inexperience.
So, either the Jayhawks or Tigers could take the Big 12 title and it would not surprise me.
That MU-KU game will be an amazing game. Any guess on what the line for that will be....or what kind of number would whet your interest?
KU getting any sort of points would be hard to pass up, dont you think? Of course, everyone will take a look at the over....maybe a tease w/ KU and Over?
