thanks for the advice, this is only my 3rd bet ever. i took a parlay for dimi and soto by dec, 2 for 10, as a small hedge. it's been too complicated and time-consuming, i regret not taking soto+160 and leaving it alone.

how would you approach a fight with probabilities and lines like tonight's, in terms of betting strategy?

edit - another lessons learned. i didnt know pinnacle puts their props up late, they now have MUCH better lines than i took. wonderful.
Just another point to make for a new gambler. Most books also up their limits the day of the fight.

guzman 148lbs! holy cow!

is that normal for him? mayweather sr commented about his weight in an interview, but i didnt think it would be that bad.

Guzman was impressive last night. At boxing distances he dominated the fight. Soto did not do a good job of cutting off the ring and when he did get guzman against the ropes he covered up a lot and focused way too much on a body attack.
Soto should have been stepping to his right to land a big right over guzman's shoulder. It was frustrating to watch him fight the way he did.
Guzman did have great speed and total confidence when he was against the ropes.

Vargas mayorga should be a great brawl next week
