is there a reason why Ill is +1 n half for the 2nd half??

they've blown away the spread... now it's just a completely separate play from the game. i would take them for the second half. okie state ain't gettin better. of course, i'm on illy to start with.

Aight im kinda new to this half plays does that mean that Ill has to lose the 2nd half totaly points by 2 for me to lose or win by 11.5 points 2nd half?

it's Ill +1.5 for the 2nd half? so ILL 36 OKST 37 for the second half is a win for you. yeah... they can lose a point off their lead... so they have to win by 12 or more.
