I see people swimming in it all summer. I think it's pretty safe, but I have not swam in it myself. I moved here from the city 5 years ago when we found out my wife was pregnant. I love it up here - the people are great, I work 10 minutes from home and the golf courses are plentifull. Great area for the boy to grow up too - no pollution or street crime!!
