Updated Record:

Season Overall 91-74 (+16.55 units)

Favs 31-28 (-0.15 units)
Dogs 25-22 (+4.2 units)
Overs 15-10 (+5.2 units)
Unders 20-14 (+7.3 units)

On a real bad streak losing 10 units in the last week. Hoping to get that turned around starting today:

W. Michigan +3 WIN ? 2 units ? In what should be a good game between two good mid-major clubs here, I like the Broncs as a home dog here. They have shot 40% in their recent 4 game slid. This is a quality team that is capable of much better though (were shooting 45% before the skid). Southern Illinois looked really good against St. Mary?s, but I think they caught them at a good point (that was St. Mary?s first road game). Besides, that St. Mary?s game, SIU has been beaten on the boards by any of the quality teams they have played. W. Michigan can hang with them, and this will only be their 3rd home game of the season, so I?m expecting the crowd to be a factor tonight. Line may creep up as I?m expecting a lot of SIU backers in this one.

Chattanooga -6.5 WIN ? 2 units ? Think the Mocs can get an easy win on their home court in this one. I?ve been impressed with their performances against tougher competition so far. Also they are a squad that are very balanced in scoring and who contributes points, and I love that in teams. Elon has shot well so far this year, but its been against fairly weak competition.

SE Missouri St. updated+4 WIN? 1 unit ? Line is still moving, so I'm going to wait to see if it goes higher. I think the Redhawks can actually get a road victory in this one, so I?ll gladly take the points. They have a bit better size than Samford and have shot better so far this season. The one thing that the Redhawks have been plagued by so far is turnovers, but Samford?s D, though good, hasn't forced a lot of to?s.

sorry I didn't note it early, but the SeMoSt. line is moving in my favor. I'm holding off on that bet as well as the W. Michigan line.

Took a look at Totals and none of them jumped out to me as plays.

WMU beat Davidson at home earlier in the year, so there's no reason to think they cant do the same against SIU....getting points is a bonus, imo....SIU just struggles to score too much.....i would take the home team in this matchup every time as both have great home court numbers.

Got W. Michigan as a play at +3. That line actually went the opposite way I expected going down to 2.5. Got back to 3 at bodog so I took it.

Taking SeMoSt at +4 as that is all the higher it appears to go.

Also adding one more:

Kentucky +4 LOSS- 1 unit - I'm looking to have a bounce-back day and so are the Cats. Kentucky's struggles have been well documented. If they cut down on the turnovers, they can play with Houston. Houston looks good out of the gates, but I still think a weak Kentucky team is the best in terms of competition that they will have seen.

two early games fared well.

Going w/ one more late:

Washington -9.5 WIN - 1 unit - I know the line just took a dive, I know how UW fared against the lesser Portland school, Portland State is rested up, I just have a feeling on this one. Going against all normal signs w/ this one for a gut play. Think the Huskies come out and take care of business tonight at home. They will definitely out rebound Portland State and will cut down on the turnovers that have plagued them lately to win by double digits.
