YTD: 30-23-1.....on a 9-13-1 run, so be careful as I have been swimming upstream for two weeks now.....but I do like one tonight:
WMU +2.5 over SIU......Western is a four game losing streak, but I think being back home at the Zoo will help them get off the snide tonight. The Broncos are 45-9 SU at home in the last 4+ seasons, 5-2 ATS as a home dog during that stretch. Overall, they've covered 6 of 8 as a dog of less than 7 seven points and are 12-5 ATS as a dog in any role. SIU, meanwhile, has failed to cover five straight times as a short road fav of less than 7 points. The Salukis are everyone's mid-major darling, myself included, but this year's version is just having too much trouble scoring the basketball to be able to pull out a win going against a desperate team with one of the nation's best homecourt edges in its favor. WMU has topped Davidson already on its home floor this year and look for them to get their season back on the right track with a statement win in the Zoo.
