I think its about time for me to get a new laptop.
The two brands I'm looking into are Alienware and Dell.
I don't know a lot about all the technical stuff I should, so I come to my very reliable Gaians to help me out.
Alienware Area-51 m9750
Dell Vostro 1500
The things I'll be using my notebook for is:
(-Graphic Design
-Music
-A LOT of Storage...
-Between $500-$1000)
So yeah, that's what I have and hopefully someone can give me a few guidelines on what to buy and maybe the link to my dream laptop?~!
Thanks a bunch~!

dells customer support is second to none. One time my harddrive died due to spyware and all that garbage and I had a new one shipped from Texas by the next day at noon. I couldn't believe how fast it was shipped. I also had a screen problem and someone was sent to install a new one right away.

I have a dell..........my wife has a dell..........my son and his wife both have a dell.

Never a problem in all theses years, great product.

If I were to build a new one I'd get 2 gigs or ram and my hard drive would be 7200 rpm, not 5400, just makes it even faster. Don't know much about the new dual core technology???
