should blow KY out of the water in OT. I don't want to get ahead of myself as I'm on them, but they have taken all the momentum in this game. And I have to say, I didn't realize just how bad KY is this year. No discipline, no perimeter defense at all, missed free throws by guys shooting over 80%. They're just a shockingly bad team this year.

Lucky to even be in the first OT, now even luckier to be in the 2nd OT... gl.

Have to give KY credit. Nice OT period by them after handing the game over to Vandy at the end of the 2nd half. Still like Vandy's chances. Playing on the road here has got to be tough, but I think they can pull it out.

That's a big part of the reason why I liked them. KY choked away a huge lead at the end of the game and gave the mo to Vandy. Really thought Vandy would step up in OT, but they didn't look too hot. You're right, they're lucky to still be around after the 1st OT as well. I have to think that favors Vandy though? How many times can KY piss away what should be wins and not have it break their will?

I said it in my thread, but I'll say it here....watching UK choke this for me was awful, but I did thouroughly enjoy the call of Gus Johnson.....that guy is pumped up one every game he calls, and its a blast!!

Both teams are laying it out there.....great stuff!!

:mj07: Yeah, Gus Johnson is awesome. I think he's going to run out there and steal the ball at some point! If he and Kevin Harlan ever did a game together I'm quite sure one of their heads, if not both, would explode.

KY has bounced back nicely since the collapse. I really thought Vandy would take over in OT but that obviously hasn't happened.

GL with this one and your other games as well!

Props to KY and props to everyone who was on KY. They deserved to win this game the way they played for the first 30 minutes or so. And a great job of them weathering the storm after that crazy Vandy comeback.

I went back and read my original post and it may have came off the wrong way. I wasn't saying what a great bet Vandy was, just shocked at how far KY has fallen.

Nonetheless, great job to all on KY. Great 2OT win!

VANDY

I am still shaking my head. I don't know why Vandy, when only behind 2pts., repeatedly kept on trying for 3 pointers. In the second OT, I counted 3 consecutive 3pt attempts.

I know. Crazy. They live and die by the 3 ball. I guess it's all they know?
