Nadal dominating and Frenchie w/d's? My bet on Nadal was refunded w/out pay? BS! His opponent quit. Forfeit! I'm pissed. Anyone know how most books handle this garbage? Shit, everyone should quit before match point to save their backers. BS!

"Two full sets must be completed without either player retiring or being disqualified for head to head match-up wagers to stand. Otherwise, wagers will be "No Action" or "Push/Cancel" and all money will be refunded."

This is from The Greek.

It is now normal for a majority sportsbooks to void all bets on uncompleted tennis matches.

The reason this happened was due to suspected match fixing where some players were allegedly retiring from matches when they were huge favorites . A 3/1 or higher player was then winning. In some cases the player at odds of the 3/1 player would drop at the last minute to well under evens due to the huge amount of money. The sportsbooks realised what was happening and the majority changed the rules to prevent this.
