Turbo Tax is a turbine driven thumbtack machine used by furniture makers when applying upholstery to Queen Anne Winged Back chairs.

got done and it says my federal return is not eliigible for electronic filing because : you have listed localities in boxes 18 through 20 on form W-2 that create more than 4 state listings. :wtf: :shrug:

wth difference does it make what is in boxes 18-20??? It's just local crap that we pay in to the city and county. Any insight??

I found some message board where it seems it's an intuit error. wtf difference does it make where I pay local taxes?? Stupid pos program!! I take back what I said on here before about turbo tax being good. This sucks!

When I try to E-File, I get a message that says "You have listed localties in boxes 18 through 20 on Form W-2 that create more than 4 state listings." Why can't I E-File?
You may experience this error if you entered more than 4 different states combined in the two box sets of 15 and 18.
This is a known issue that we will patch shortly. However, if you would like to proceed with your return before we release the patch, here is a workaround.
Workaround
You need to either adjust your W-2, or if you have more than the allotted number of states/localties (generally 4) , you will have to file by mail/paper. <<:wtf: HOW DO U ADJUST IT??? BUNCH OF CLOWN FOCKS!!! I WANT TO GET THIS DONE TONIGHT, NOT NEXT WEEK WHEN THEY PATCH IT, STUPID RETARDS!!!

changed each w2 to just have 1 locality (combined the local taxes if more than 1). Worked after that.
