Congrats Giant fans, clearly the better team tonight and this entire post season.

Remind me of Pittsburghs run a few years back but played A LOT tougher teams in the playoffs and big game.

Agreed.
Winning 3 road playoff games is tough. In Dallas, and at a frigid Lambou is impressive. Their defense was outstanding in the post season and their pass rush was dominate. Giants beat NE the same way Pitt beat Indy, kill the QB for 60 minutes. Not a powerhouse on offense but getting the job done when needed. I see alot of comparison to this years NYG and 05/06 Steelers. Once again, defense wins championships. Congrats Gints fans...

Now burn down the city, lol. :00hour

Kneifl...Balckman..thanks for you comments..If the Cowboys or Eagles were playing I'd be cheering for them. Many called our conf one of the weakest with only Dallas being in a class by itself. Then the Giants got hot...Our conf is just as good as anybodies.
My daughter who teaches in Philly was at a bar in Manyunk..she said almost everyone there was cheering for the Giants..
See you guys next yr.

Why wouldn't you agree that the Giants are the better team of the post season? It's hard to call it 'luck' when you win 3 road games in a row against division champs, which includes avenging earlier season losses against Dallas and GB. If you ask me, this is the best post season performance I have ever saw (no, I'm not a Giants fan). I know you are a gigantic Patriot nut-hugger but c'mon, man, you gotta give credit where it's due! :mj07:

how many playoff wins did the bucs, cowboys and pack have last year??(did they even make the playoffs?)the nfc sucks...gmen got hot and played good and great in the superbowl...making it there though was not some great feat imo.

And how many wins did the Jags and Chargers have last year? Maybe I did end up giving the Giants too much credit for their post season performance, but my original point was that they were a better team than the Pats during the post season.

This is my point,no they wernt.
They had nine lives vs GB,and Dallas was a no show 2nd half. They had a horseshoe up there arse on that last drive vs NE which is ok cause you need that to be champions.

Just cause they won SB doesnt mean they were best team in Post-season,luckest yes, best no.!~

The Giants were still the better post season team compared to the Pats, who had two homefield games and still barely beat a banged up San Diego team.

But I will agree with you about the Giants being lucky on that last SB drive. To say that they had a 'horseshoe up their arse' is actually a huge understatement :mj07: I don't like the Pats but I actually felt sorry for them after that dogshit escape by Eli and that even bigger dogshit catch by Tyree. The poor Pats were ROBBED (then again, you could blame Brady and Co. for not putting up enough points...)
