His name is "Scott-Atlanta". After he moves, he can call himself "Scott-from-Atlanta" as, technically, he is "from" Atlanta, even though he is not living in Atlanta. That is the curious thing about the english language, the word "from" can be used to describe both were someone currently resides as well as where someone lived in the past.
