Poll: Green = Global Warming?

I recycle, I do think global warming is a crock of shit. Check the articles I posted in the political forum.

Being green is an individual thing. I recycle and have replaced my light bulbs although also looking to do more on my part. Global warming is another subject.

Despite thinking the global warming hysteria issue is similiar to the global cooling in the 70's-y2k panic and others--
I am for doing what ever reasonable to limit polution and be environmental friendly--shouldn't have to be a trumpted up phobia to have folks get together on that issue.
As far as the phobia--believe its just about ran its course--as much of it's -(could be-might be--probably is ) theories are getting axed on credibilty.
They jump on hurricane effect after Katrina-but grossly wrong-- as very mild hurricane seasons.
Will be curious what they have to say on temps after this year--

If you don't believe in global warming you probably still want to have clean air to breathe. A lot of cities in the US have dirty air and we need to do something about that. Also think conserving and protecting large areas of the US is a good idea for future generations. Recycling is necessary because we will run out of garbage dumps at some point. No one should argue about most of these things. I think Bush's problem is that he did nothing and actually probably made things worse on several of these metrics. The guy had no vision.

I just don't like the Gore clan trying to exploit us with- (could be-may be-is probably-- science) to the tune of trillions on economy and millions in their pockets.
