would think it would suck to have to play 2 games in a day:shrug: The rest of the games will also be played @GT

u got that right!

Our state tournament for basketball called the Sweet Sixteen has the semifnals and finals played on 1 day, BUT the first games are played early in the morning. This doesn't give the winner much recovery time. Billy G has them practice on game day during the year though, so UK should be up for it.

At least UK hasn't played in a week. That should help. Would have liked to have had UGA the next day after that emotional OT tilt though, and UK plays so well in Atlanta.

How does everybody there like Felton? When he was at Western, I really liked him. Very classy, and I think a good coach.

6/5.......I think that is how they also do parts of the HS tourney in Indiana as well, although it has been several years since I lived in the state and dont keep up with it.

Al least in those HS games, both winner played that same day. Today, the winner will be in a tough spot with MSU getting a full nights rest. That will be interesting to watch unfold.

As far as UGA and UK matching up, I still think UK will win. They have come too far in their quest for a bid to not get this win. Gillespie will take care of business. They might not have enough gas, however, to get by the Bulldogs later in the day.

Funny you ask, there was a piece in the paper just yesterday that was essentially saying your a good guy but it might be time to go. In so many words the AD at UGA came out and talked about how important Basketball was to him and how he wanted improvement. I guess the most telling was his lack of endorsement of felton. He inheirited a bad situation and has for the most part done a good job, at some point however a I think the general consensus is change is needed.
