I just heard that "Bracketologist", Joe Lunardi, has Virginia Tech "out" and St. Joe's "in" in the NCAA tournament. Could it be that Joe is trying to will his alma mater into the tourney? Has St. Joe's beat anybody that's any good? Fordham twice? :mj07:
And VaTech out? VaTech came within a missed rebound of beating the No. 1 team in the nation today. VaTech was on the bubble (according to Joe) before the game and a 2 point loss on a lucky rebound knocks them out? Joe is drinking the ESPN pro Big East/anti-ACC Kool-aid again.
Time will tell as to who actually makes the tourney, but Joe needs to find a real job. Oh, that's right, he has a real job . . . as assistant marketing vice president . . . at St. Joe's, of course.
By the way, Lunardi admits to not being good in NCAA office pools ? he lost to a dog once and, last year, lost to his 9-year-old daughter. :mj07:
