I tend to be very contrarian ... so yes ... more unders than overs

Who wants to watch an under?

In baseball, I have many more unders and they tend to be the bigger plays.

Add in that they are for the first 4.5 or 5 innings, and man, hold on to your hat.

It often comes down to one pitch or one swing of the bat as most of the first half game totals in baseball are around 4, 4.5 or 5 runs.

In basketball it looks like I'm coming up with more unders. I don't do basketball much since I need a ton of data to get an accurate picture. That is why I'm only posting now at the end of the season. Plus, I wanted to get the gears greased for baseball.

In baseball, I use a ton of data, but I also know my stuff. I watch the starting pitchers closely, hence this is why I take the first half unders in baseball games. I elaborated on this a few years ago.

Basically, if you handicap the starting pitchers ... take the bullpen out of it.
