Kelly... and I'm assuming that's your name... what area of law do you practice?
I have a case in moot court that I need help on... really just citing cases because I have to do a 15 page brief.
The case is Herring v. U.S. and its in the supreme court now. I am arguing for the US. It's a case out of Alabama pertaining to the good faith exception. The main cases I am citing are US v Leon and Arizona v. Evans. The Evans case is pretty much the exact same case to this Herring case.
I get tripped up whenever I have to cite a case w/in a case. And sometimes its a case w/in a case... w/in a case. I have never done this before... so maybe a lil clarification will help me out... thanks in advance.
and Also... not meaning to piss you off in other threads... just stating what I think/feel.
