going to the yanks/red sox next week never been, would like some travel, hotel, etc suggestions.,..

Who are traveling with ? Will you have a car ? Where are you flying into LGA or JFK ? How long will you be there ?
The stadium is in the Bronx not the best around it.

There are some nice hotels near LaGuardia it's less than 10 miles from the stadium. I would stay in lower Manhattan lots to see & do there but it's farther away in drive time not distance.

We always stay in Secaucus NJ when we go to the city. It takes like 5 minutes by bus. Can easily catch the Subway to the game...
