No surprise here. It was very entertaining hearing all of the redneck Aggie fans calling the radio station this week saying that they heard Self's wife was looking for houses in Stillwater or a friend of a friend of one of Holder's old golfers said it was a done deal. Just a little while ago on the radio the guys were running down a list with Doug Gottlieb (ESPN and ex Okla. St. basketball player) and they were shooting out these high profile coaches like Bruce Pearl, Jamie Dixon, John Calipari and Gottliebs answers were no way, not interested, and not a chance. I still don't understand why the Okla. St. administration and fans think the program is at a level to go after these people. I'll say it again, verrrry entertaining.:mj07:
Congrats on Kansas keeping Bill. Good coach and a better person. Can not say the same for you though Jayhawksoon. Most Kansas fans I know(my mom and step father live 30 mile from lawerence) are gracious people. You on the other hand are a loser and and low life piece of crap. I actually live in Tulsa, OK and have my whole life. I wasn't saying all Oklahomans are rednecks, just the ones calling in and saying Self going to Okla. St. was a done deal. I guess I might have to include you in that statement as well, with the low intelligence you are displaying. Rick you have major anger management problems. When my School is attacked I do take it personally. I do not though go out of my way to attack others or bash. Only respond in demeaning
manner when provoked. Do not know where you picked that up but will appologize for the name calling as I did feel you were attacking. As for my intelligence which you know nothing about, I am no Rocket Scientist but am a Licensed Professional in my vocation and have been around for almost 50yrs now so I know a thing or two. Have always liked KU and Kansas in general. Have nothing bad to say about either like you do Oklahoma. Hard to believe you grew up in Oklahoma they way you talk. Did you go to KU?
