I really don't understand our focus at all. We are unfortunately tied down to try and prove Vince Young is going to be an ample NFL QB. But I'm not buying it.

I would rather see us concentrating on improving our already stellar defense. It was good enough to get us to the playoffs last year with virtually no consistent offensive attack.

I really thought we were going to take CB Cason out of Arizona in the first round. Oh well, put another suspect RB in our backfield. Of course, Mike Jenkins would have been a better fit to replace Pac-Man.

Why not give VY someone to throw the ball to next year? If you are going to O in the 1st round I dont get them taking another all speed type RB. I was shocked they didnt take Sweed or Thomas.

i personally do not like the titans, but the rb from ecu is fast and good. i believe he is a definite upgrade over your current backs. fisher believes in running first. always has. he is a good coach and he is looking for the next eddie george ?


i agree that you need a rec, but this years class was not special and i believe the rb from ecu will improve your team.

you did pu another te - that can catch. that gives you 2 possible weapons for vince. he is not the most accurate downfield thrower anyway.

we will see.

Crumpler is a great fit for the Titans I think. He doesn't need to run very far because Vince can only accurately throw short yardage.

The RB from ECU will, at best, be a change of pace from White. I firmly believe he will never be our starter. Unless he's the next Barry Sanders... and he's not. I would love to be wrong about this kid.

I am a big believer in making your strengths stronger. Our defense is good and we could be great with a few additions. Until we get past the Young era, our offense is going to do well to not lose games for us. We are very close to the Ravens in their Super Bowl year.

Let's just go with it.

I agree about Fischer being a great coach. With our talent, I still can't believe we made the playoffs last year.
