does anybody watch these? I find them really enjoyable. I have a to watch a ton of them for the classes I've been taking, but I have been watching most of them just to watch... I would really suggest watching a couple.

It works great if you can hook a computer up to your TV.

When kids get life is a very good documentary. It has both the victim's and offender's family standpoints. The case that intrigues me is Eric's. trevor's case is also interesting. The victim's mother forgets to mention that her kid was trying to buy a gun. It never seizes to amaze me.... Just watch.

Frontline is pretty good. I like it better than 60 Minutes, and some other investigative journalism shows.
We've got a few good ones up here in Kanata.
About the only non-sporting shows that I watch these days are a TVO series called Big Ideas. Usually pretty good. Guess the ocassional movie, too, but not much that I haven't seen (save newer stuff).

I'm curious--what course(s) are you taking that you watch them for?

Majority of them are for a special topics political science class... "history of crime and justice"

I had to watch "the plea" for my Con law and criminal law class.

Wish I had taken more poli-sci.
Seems pretty relevant to me, these days.
The legal system and justice, in general, as well (I did a little in philosophy but nothing too intense).

I didn't know you could watch the shows on-line.
Thanks for the link.
Will check them out.
