Will be undergoing radiation & chemotherapy. Probably the end of political career. People will joke I'm sure. But not many with his size pockets do as much for every day working people.

more like malignant cancer came down with kennedy. can't wait to see this POS in the grave. too harsh? yeah, probably. i'll never forgive him for what he did personally to kopechne, nor politically for fronting for the people who opened our borders back in the 1960s, thereby seriously compromising our children's future.

Hey Tapir...How do you feel about Bush and the Republicans for not securing the borders after 9-11?

I'd love to see Bush, Cheney and the rest of the crooks hanged on the steps of the Capitol. Along with the Zionist gangsters supplying their money and ideas.

that didn't take long ,1 post one evidently hateful yet perfect stone thrower. "Pos in the grave", quite a humanitarian:shrug:

from someone currently watching their dad be consumed by cancer, and suffer tremendously the effects of radiation and chemotherapy, anyone who would find joy in learning of someone in this predicament really needs help.

Diff take on Ted that i have never saw before

For those who haven't heard this comment from John Dean to Nixon in the Oval Office with the following weekend being the weekend of Chappaquiddick ....

And, perhaps, one day we'll know more about what really happened at Chappaquiddick --

For those who don't know, the Nixon White House tapes recorded a very odd comment by John Dean to President Nixon as he was having Nixon sign some papers -- Bob Haldemann was also present, if not others. At any rate it was something like John Dean sayingto Nixon ... "Wouldn't Ted Kennedy be surprised to know the bear trap he's walking into this weekend." It was the weekend of Chappaquiddick.

Also, later, E. Howard Hunt showed an unusual interest in Chappaquiddick, but felt the need to wear a disguise when he visited--!!! Why??

Here are a few articles that mention the tape and the John Dean comments ---

Chappaquiddick was nothing more than an election issue, it had nothing to do with a tragic murder. To quote Richard Nixon directly:

In the short term, I knew that Chappaquiddick would undermine Kennedy's role as a leader of the opposition to the administration's policies. In the longer term, it would be one of his greatest liabilities if he decided to run for President in 1972.

It was clear that the full story of what had happened that night on Chappaquidick had not come out, and I suspected that the press would not try very hard to uncover it. Therefore I told Ehrlichman to have someone investigate the case for us and get the real facts out. "Don't let up on this for a minute," I said. "Just put yourself in their place if something like that happened to us." In fact, our private investigator was unable to turn out anything besides rumors.

Needless to say, the truth was damaging to Richard Nixon, because if it wasn't, he would not have to rely on rumors about Chappaquiddick, for political advantage. The truth is, Nixon feared another Kennedy candidacy and Chappaquiddick was Richard Nixon's failed attempt to assassinate yet another political rival.

Howard Hunt and Frank Sturgis were seen in Martha's Vineyard during the weekend that Mary Jo Kopechne died, and it is therefore safe to assume that the intended victim was in fact, Ted Kennedy. Richard Nixon was right, the entire truth was never exposed. If it was, his Watergate burglars would have been charged with murder, for the collateral death of Mary Jo Kopechne.

The real Richard Nixon -- scroll down a bit --

and ---

Keep in mind when you consider the John Dean of today that he was totally on board with corrupt Nixon administration practices -- including use of the IRS to intimidate "enemies."

4. A sliver of glass from two broken windows no doubt caused this bleeding since Mary Jo was already face down and unconscious in the rear seat. Since there was no autopsy this clean cut went unnoticed by the embalmers.

That wouldn't surprise me, Sponge. Nixon was certainly not above antics like that and he had motive.

Cancer Sucks. Time to donate to the cause again. Maybe someday, in someone's lifetime, it will be a thing of the past. Every time I think of something like this, and think about all the money that is squandered on crap everyone realizes is bogus, I think that all of that money could go towards eliminating a disease, easing people's pain, etc. Just a thought. Pick a new thing each budgetary season to attack with pork monies...etc. Like Cancer, Alzheimers, etc. I dunno - just rambling here.

with the exception of a few, that's how we all feel. best to just let those kooks expose themselves and eventually flame out on their own. it's not worth tangling with them.

very sad indeed---the tragedies this family has suffered.
--would be curious if Clint or any of our physicians had any input on this--but my experience with clients daignosed with this is once they start the treatments they go down hill fast --of course might be that they would have anyway--but from what I've seen I'd opt to go as long as I could while feeling decent without treatment--now if operatable--entirely diff story.

like I said, unfortunately knew it wouldn't be long before somebody posted something crazy.

Say what you want, I know many don't agree with Ted s politics. But it's not all the common for multi millionaires to work tirelessly and continuously for Those who don't have as much, or have problems. Whether you agree with him or not, even those against him speak to his continuous work and efforts for those not as fortunate. I'm sure he has the money to have quit decades ago.

And I don't care what anyone says, to continue serving a country, after watching your 3 older brothers killed while serving it, I'm sure wasn't easy. Whether you side with him or not, to continue that dedication and desire at age 76, is admirable.
