1st NBA post this season (I think)

Realized early on in game one that the Pistons were going to win the series - was hoping they would lose that game and when they did I threw down on the DET ML for game 2 as I knew if they lost that one that I would unload on game 3

Well game 2 cashed and b/c of that I question which Pistons team will show up tonight, and I wouldn't be THAT surprised if the Celtics finally win one on the road at some point of the next 2 games, so will be playing the Pistons for the series large and will be more than pleased obviously if they win tonight - the worst that could happen in DET is a split and if one team is going to sweep than it will be DET, so will have slight hedging opp down the road after game 4 (albeit with slightly worse odds) if I change my mind and it plays out that way

Playing:

10 Units DETROIT BASKETBALL -150 to win East

And as always, gl to all no matter which side you choose (unless it's Boston for the series)

Well, certainly didn't go the way that I had hoped in Game 3, but feel good that I played series instead of game 3 as the series play is at least still alive

Regardless of Billups situation tonight, I would be extremely surprised if the Pistons don't win this game - trying to figure out how to grind out a bit of profit from that line of thinking so as to soften the potential 15 unit blow, but hard to lay the juice necessary to play the ML - will be back with a play as soon as I figure out what's best, thinking maybe a unit each on ML and -6, but not quite sure yet

regardless of Billups situation Detroit wins?? Huh? If he can't play again, they lose. hopefully for your play, and a more competitive series he can play. Good luck.

Also going to play:

2.5 units Det 1st quarter -2 -110

They know they can't come out flat in this one like they did in the last - thinking here is they play solid D and attack the rim in the early going

Well, able to pick up half of the original amount of the bet last night so that's obviously good - what's even better is that I really felt that the tide shifted pretty hard last night in favor of the Pistons for the series play - may have to buy more on the series at +$ before game 5

Until Wed, gl

For Game 5, playing:

2 units Pistons +6.5 -120
2 units Pistons ML +220

Playing these instead of more on the series as I really like the 6.5, and at worst a close game will result in a break-even night - don't really understand the line as I thought we would be looking at a 4, but I'm not complaining in the least - think the Pistons are in the process of systematically wearing the C's down, and will get them on their home floor in Game 7 if not tonight

(and yes shamrock, if the Pistons lose tonight there WILL be a game 7 on Sunday)

And as always, good luck to all Piston backers:SIB
