DJV, Mathews and Olberman having a Liberal show is not the problem, NBC using them as Moderators for campaign debates and election coverage is. JMO.

Led by Matthews, Olberman and Russert MSNBC is far more to the left than Fox has or ever will be leaning toward the right. Most in this forum can't see it because they are far to the left as well and agree with those yo-yos. Might as well change the name from MSNBC to the Barack Hussein For President Network.:yup

I lean right, yet it appears to me that both are equally biased. FWIW, I have NEVER liked Olbermann, but much less the past few years. That worst person in the world bit is pretty damn gay(not that there's anything wrong with that).

I think everyone here (with the exception of Skully) knows that MSNBC and FOX are not news networks. People watch those networks not for news, but rather for confirmation of their respective political positions. It is entertainment and all about ratings.

Unbiased, fair news is way too boring for the average American. Otherwise, Bill Moyers and PBS would be the most watched show and network, respectively, on television (just kidding right wing nutbags).

However, I am not kidding that we each have our pre-conceived bias, thoughts, and views on any given subject and we tune in to the channel that affirms rather than informs.

I just wish of few of these liberal commentators--
hyping higher taxes and candidates that support them--would pay a few of their own :mj07:

ALBANY, N.Y. ? MSNBC pundit Keith Olbermann, who spotlights misbehavior nightly with his "Worst Person in the World" recognition, owes New York state for unpaid business taxes, according to a tax warrant notice.

You are just another left-wing nut job. Go take an online test to determine your affiliation.

Half right, Ziggy....... I am a nut-job. As for online affiliation tests, I'm pretty sure everyone knows theyre all racially biased;)
